General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop try-zynea.com. The operator of the shop is Zynea, 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated are final prices including statutory VAT. The VAT rate for dietary supplements is 10% in Austria and 7% in Germany.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and EPS.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days. Shipping is free of charge. We deliver to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. For deliveries to Switzerland, we cover any applicable customs fees.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our refund policy applies. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days as well as an extended return period of 30 days.

6. Product Information

Zynea is a dietary supplement (according to EU regulation). It is not a medicinal product and does not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose (1 to 2 ml) must not be exceeded. The product should be kept out of reach of children. If you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before use.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permitted.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the European Union applies, supplemented by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence.
