Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the following options:
1. Right of Withdrawal (Legal)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hallo@try-zynea.com with your order number.
1b. Cancellation before Shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by email at hallo@try-zynea.com with your order number.
After this period or once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the product after receipt within your legal right of withdrawal (14 days) or our extended return period (30 days).
2. Extended Return Period
Beyond the legal right of withdrawal, we grant you an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
3. Return Conditions
- The product should preferably be in its original condition (unopened, in original packaging).
- If the product has already been opened, please contact us — we will find a solution together.
- Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
5. Procedure

- We will send you a confirmation and, if applicable, the return address.
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Personalized products and gift cards are excluded from returns.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us and we will find a solution.

8. Note on Packaging and Product Images
Product images in our advertising and on our website are for illustration purposes. Since our usual packaging is currently temporarily out of stock, the elixir may be delivered in a different packaging or label form until restocked, as long as the previous packaging stock lasts. Content, composition, quantity, and quality remain unchanged.
A different packaging does not constitute a defect or reason for complaint or return. Your legal right of withdrawal as well as our 30-day satisfaction guarantee remain unaffected.
