1. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders — regardless of order value.
2. Delivery Areas and Times
- Austria: 5 to 7 business days
- Germany: 5 to 7 business days
- Switzerland: 5 to 7 business days
3. Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can track the status of your delivery anytime at https://try-zynea.com/apps/parcelpanel.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and handed over to our shipping partner.
5. Customs Fees
For deliveries within the European Union (Austria, Germany), no customs fees apply. For deliveries to Switzerland, Zynea covers any customs and import fees — you incur no additional costs.
6. Issues with Your Delivery?
If your order does not arrive within the specified time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hallo@try-zynea.com. We will find a solution together — whether a replacement delivery or a full refund.
